I had ordered 1 QTY Malamaal Murg Dum Biryani for Rs 558 and 1 QTY Matka Phirni for 257 on 12th MAY, 2021 (ORDER NO LTFYJAMC5PHA) through your website Biryani By Kilo \
I AM DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST,
-The biryani was stale with stale undercooked raw chicken, It was exorbitantly salty(I guess this was done to hide the staleness of the BIRYANI)
– The chicken pieces had clearly gone bad and were pinkish and raw
– The MATKA PHIRNI was not packed properly and was leaking through the aluminium foil of the matka it was packed
PLEASE DONT GET FOOLED BY THE PICTURES YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET
We hardly consumed half the quantity and started experiencing nausea and stomach cramps
The rest of the quantity was left as it is.
