I ordered a pair of sunglasses wich was received with a very bad quality and small size

I think someone has hacked my account.
I recently bought two wifi broadbands from Airtel office but one is not given to me.
I received wrong order.
I ordered women’s winter cord set and they sent me 3 pieces of dirty clothes and I’m wasted 500rs on this parcel i want to return the parcel and want my money back
I ordered winter co-ord set but i received 3 shirts also the quality is poor
