Hi Sir,
I have ordered Ruchi Gold palmonial oil from JIO mart on date 6th Feb 22 . i am taking follow up from last 22 days and they promised two times you will get refund amount but as of now they extended date and not refunding money. i have already shared screenshot to jio mart customer care service([email protected]) and they also agreed what product i received it was worst only.
but as of now jio mart customer card making me fool and they call and promise and cut the call.
request you to help here my problem and provide amount for 3 product.
each product amount rate is 128/- so total amount need to refund 128*3 = 384/-
