Dear Sir,
I am writing you regarding the kurti and plazo, which had been ordered to Swazia/Vintage manufacturer.
I have a complaint that I had ordered for white kurti and brown plazo but received the wrong item (Green Kurti and white plazo). Even this item has no quality at all for what i was looking for. They have charged Rs. 800 for the same but this item is not appearing more than Rs 300.Please find attached herewith received item photo.
In addition, I felt cheated When opened received item. In order to change/replace this, it was returned on same day via courier. But courier returned to my home address as they had mentioned fake company address on slip.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to refund money of Rs.850 and take back this product. This product is burden for me and i want to get ride of this. In addition, please ban this website so that others can save to become fool.
Your action in this regards shall be appreciated.
