Text of Complaint by Krishnakishor Bhide:

I had complained through email about not able to receive or make calls on 20th September, 2020. As per their suggestion, changed SIM card twice so also settings, twice; changed handset as well. Nothing worked. If I walk to near by street, network is ok. But for each incoming or outgoing call, I can’t come out on street.

I have prepaid card. By paying Rs. 1699/-(Unlimited) validity is one year ending on 25th November, 2020. I have to call from alternate Vodafone n0 I have. There is no network problem on that no. My suggestion to shift facilities to that no was turned down.

My request to give refund was also turned down
