Dear Sir/Mam,
From last six months I am repetitive requesting customer care people to improve my network but no action has been taken. I am facing network problem in my area and home from last many months.
We are three user of your network in our family all are facing same problem.
We are wasting our recharges every month as we are unable to use the amount of data we get per day with that much speed.
So request you, if you care to improve my network or tell me that you can’t. So I can port to any other network and save my money.
