Hello my name is suhail, im from udaipur, rajasthan. I lodged a complaint to jio on 16 may 2018 regarding internet speed issues im facing. From the day i bought jio sim speed is like 2g in name of 4g, not even good to browse internet or play youtube video. They told me they will install a tower nearby in 90 days on 16 may 2018 and now its end of october more than 90 days and they again and again extending date and making me fool and now on 23rd october i again received a new message saying:
Dear Customer,
with reference to your Service Request no. SR00000KVD7T regarding Jio Network, we would like to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances the installation of New Site at your location has been delayed and it is expected to be ready in the next 60 days.

Please take some action against them as they are doing nothing just playing mind games and making me fool by sending this messages and lying to me. Im frustrated of poor connectivity be it of airtel, vodafone, idea, bsnl or jio, i dont receive any of the network providers internet speed.
