We booked hotel room through make my trip at hotel Syona Residency booking id NH741479006706 at lucknow city check in date 30 May 2019 to 31may 2019 we paid the full payment on online booking of the room selected and when we arrived at hotel the room which was provided was stinking and it was full dirty and the only option left was to upgrade the room to Vip room and pay more extra charges for the room and then the upgraded room which was provided was having wall seepage and removed paint the towel provided was torn and used the AC wasn’t working the washroom door was broken the tap was broken and wardrobe handle was missing and services weren’t provided as it was mentioned and even after contacting the hotel manager and staff and make my trip officials our problems weren’t solved . I request You to help us for the thing which has happened to us.
