today I ordered 2 items from a restaurant which I usually order pne of them was not good as i know the taste of the dish very well and it had a sour smell I requested exchange for that particular 1 dish.they said they canont exchabfe neither they refunded the amount of that particular dish. They gave me half money so now neither i ate that food neither i got my money or exchange its clear that i wasted my money on bad food. I should have odered it from swiggy atleat they exchage the bad food
