Hi,

This is downright ridiculous. I have been trying to place a simple order https://amzn.eu/d/dNHzcY8 for the past 5 days.

On the order description page it shows the order is fulfilled by AMAZON and delivery is possible to the provided pin-code but on the checkout page it shows delivery not possible.
Same thing I reported many times to the seller where there is no response and also to the customer care but this person fails to understand this thing if it shows in stock and delivery possible it shows work. Check the attached images to understand this.

But they constantly told me that the fault at my end, that the product is not available or limited in stock. That’s why it’s not deliverable but in all these cases if the stock is limited it shows that on the product page if it’s not deliverable it shows the same but nothing like that was showing.

When I told the customer care person to raise this issue they refused to create and just gave me this stupid message without any reference saying wait for the product and this is how shopping happens in AMAZON.

I am very very sad that this small issue is making my entire shopping experience bad.
