Text of Complaint by Lakshmi:

14th Sept, Salesperson Kallesh – D20662 has sold us a wrong capacity stabilizer – VG50 for a 310L fridge.
*we are lay people and do not understand requirements
18th-22nd September- Stabilizer stopped working and Faulty fridge. Kallesh still doesn’t take our complaint seriously and we had to go to and fro to their store to hand over the stabilizer for repair and follow up for updates. Still none of them “technicians” realize that they have sold/servicing the wrong capacity stabilizer.

25th September- We go again to pick the repaired faulty stabilizer and the fridge technician confirms we have been sold the wrong/defective product. Neither it works nor can be used for our fridge.

Pai international CS staff Ms.Soumya refuses to connect us to the manager and we haven’t received a call back. Terrible support, very frustrating.
