Bad customer service and no help given for Incorrect charges

Text of Complaint by Sakshi Verma:

I am really disappointed the way Airtel has been treating me for so many months now.
This is highly annoying that how you really torment a customer.
I called up few days back and talked for half an hour explaining my issue how I requested for safe custody and made the payment on 3rd march for Rs 297.07 but even then you kept charging me for monthly billing plan.
Customer care told me that It never activated on my number then why the hell have you charged me, what did you do with the payment???
I raised so many complaints but airtel executives just kept on closing all of them without understanding the real issue.
Last time over the call, I was assured that you will look into this , and come up with the resolution.
But again my complaint was closed.
I will not pay the bill until this is corrected and you answer about this payment I made on 3rd March for safe custody, if you couldnt activate that for some reason, refund my money back.

I have all the screenshots of how many times I have raised complaints but nobody helped me , My next step would be to go on twitter and paste everything and tell everyone how airtel services are so mad and tormenting.

Find attached proof of the payment I made on 3rd and the proof that how many times I raised a complaint in the last 2-3 months but was never given the resolution of any.
