Hi team,

I regret to inform you about very bad customer service of all time big retail chain in India.

I placed an order for redmi note 11 pro plus phone on the 21st July 2022 and the delivery was promised on the same day. Unfortunately I did not receive the peoduct. I understand the delay and hence, I was expecting the product to by today the 22 July 2022.

My son (5 years old) is hospitalized and I dropped my wife and son at hospital and came back for collecting the delivery as I was told by one of your age named Latha that I will recieve the product in the evening. I Called/messaged customer services since morning to expedite the delivery and to check if the product can be delivered to the hospital address as I have exchange booked along. No1 made an attempt to give me the delivery agents number to track the order neither the order status was available on the portal. One of your agent over chat told me I can cancel the order. When called the last person he said it’s delayed due to rain and disconnect the call… I stay in pin code 560049 check your resources to see if there was raim in this locality….

I want to raise this to highest level of Amazon possible and want Amazon to compensate for all pressure put on me both physically and mentally. I say Amazon should not charge me for this product for the situation they have put me into
