I need to exchange one of my shirt in myntra and delivery boy called me for delivery and collecting. But my mobile was not available at the time. I got a message from mytra automated sms. I tracked order and called the same agent and i said you can call this number while to coming to deliver the order. But he doesnt called and he came to my home. Nobody is there at that time. He went, then he called me and said that if you want your order then you can come to my home and collect like an ordering he did, i just wondered why he behavioured so. I paid the money and that was my order. Why myntra taking auch kind of person into this?

I had ordered on 21-05-2023 the item Louis Philippe Men Maroon Pure Cotton Slim Fit Printed Formal Shirt (Size 40) through Myntra portal.
The packet was delivered on 24-5-2023 at 8.55 pm however it did not have any shirt inside. Instead of shirt it contained a plastic bowl without any invoice. The picture of the package when delivered was taken and uploaded in the Myntra website also same day at 9.00 pm.
Myntra team has not taken any action on this. MYNTRA IS A CHEATING PORTAL.
This is a case of incorrect and improper delivery.
