On 27th, I received 2 delivery attempt calls from the delivery boy (ph no – 8119006221) regarding my order – Order Id #1157414 21496972147603. I could not pick up the call as I was busy & engaged in work, I then received a message from the delivery boy who said he will mark my number and if i do not pick up my phone again, he wont deliver any product to me again.
I saw this message only after my meeting, when I replied telling him I had a reason for the same and that he was being rude and impolite, he went on to further have a verbal fight with me where he was absolutely insolent and refused to acknowledge his mistake. I can further send the texts of our conversation. I have not received any delivery re-attempts till today and even got a call today from an automated Myntra customer service asking if i want to get my order delivered. I have not expressed any desire to cancel my order on 27th or 28th November.
I would like to know where in the terms & conditions it is written that if a phone call is not answered, order will not get delivered. I hope some action is taken against the rude delivery boy, and a delivery re-attempt is made for my order, if not I am willing to take further actions on my own.
