Text of Complaint by Dimple vaishnav:

Me and my family from chhattisgarh came vishakapatnam for holidays from 9-05-2023 to 12-05-2023 on 9th may when we are searching for rooms our auto driver took us to a hotel named *HOTEL SARASWATI ORCHID* in front of KEYS HOTEL on the very 1st day when we are paying for advance we clearly told them that we will give rest of the money through online mode on last date. So on they also said ohk to it but they haven’t provide any room service nor resolving our any of the problem. On the last day means 12-05 -2023 when we are checking out the manager start misbehaving with us and refused to taking the rest of the payment online and making excuses for not giving any scanner or number. After leading to an argument he started threatening us to not registering the checkout of us and on every minute he is flipping from his own words … And with not only us he already did it with 3 guest at morning. And when i started making video of his to why he is not giving scanner or not contacting us to manager he snatched my phone and not giving to me to call up the Andhra police . He is provoking us again and again even when his own staffs are telling him to give us scanner he is not giving and misbehaving with us. Kindly please help us out.
