I am Dr Sudhanwa Patra applied for airtel dth connection with one airtel plan with Rs 899/-

I was promised that Airtel DTH will be installed in sakhigopal puri Odisha area latest by today. The enginner came today morning, set the antina,.cut the cable used earlier for out cable TV connection and now telling us that they don’t have airtel set up box.
We are facing serious issues as the new Airtel DTH installation did not happen and our old cable connection dettached. We are not happy with the enginner behaviour.
Please look into the matter.
