Text of Complaint by Benz:

Today morning went get parcel at kodabakkam saravana bhavan,iam a regular customer for past 15 yrs,i stay near by only,the was good ,but now recent they never consider the customer,i gave the bill waited waited and keep on wating at last i lost my patience went and asked in parcel counter one lady will there she only ,i told her after still my parcel not ready ,after me many coustomer got their parcel went ,where is mine she again ask to wait,and the supervisor name called santhosh very rude talking,they never bother about the customer they want to buy otherwise go ,so i asked ok i said return the bill.and refunded after wating so long,and in that parcel always see chat ,let them do when they free but customer wating thts not the time ,and provide necessary staff for parcel counter ,see just 510rs ,is not money for you all,but u losing ur customers,see to that.
