Dear Sir / Madam
I just sending to check if that is the new normal standard service of Vodafone
As for two days and I am trying to contact the customer service with the number 888 and till now I can’t reach them
As I called the customer service on 01 October at 07:25 PM and according to the voice record that all employees are busy right now and you can wait or we can recall you back in about 2-7 Minutes and I chosed to recall me back and already after 3 minutes I got a call back from vodafone at 07:28 PM and I said woow super service but shortly I realized that it’s vodafone Egypt not UK 🙂 as the voice record said all employees are busy please wait and play some of the stupid offers and it lasts for 52 minutes is that your policy for a customer to wait 52 Minutes and as you are busy and no free one to follow with me so why you called me back
And after the 52 Minutes also no one answered and it was disconnected and I had to call again for more than 7 times and every time the same stupid thing
And till now its the same and last try was today at 10:05 AM and lasted for 10 minutes and also couldn’t one answer my call
If that is your future plan for service please let me know to choose another network
Also who can refund me for my time and the charges for more than 10 calls
I wish to hear from you and wish if it’s a problem only at Vodafone Egypt not the policy of the international Vodafone
Finally please if anyone in vodafone Egypt will contact me I wish not to hear the reason that it’s because system was Down and it’s not acceptable at all for a world wide company without system for two days so please ignore this solution and say any other thing
