Respected sir,
I have been using Vodafone since 2008 January 2. I have never experienced any thing bad from vodafone until 2018 December 6. But unfortunately I have been suffering terribly since 2018 December 6 because of their catastrophically bad internet speed. Sometimes it is as bad as 10 or 20 kbps for my 3G network. l can see a roaming sign with my vodafone SlM at the locations of Pulpally & Kappiset of Wayanad district, but it is not seen at Mananthavady in the same district. My tower location is at Kappiset near Pulpally town of Wayanad district in Kerala State of India. Could you please solve this problem as soon as possible? Please give me a reply
