I have order babyhug 8 in 1 Easel board from firstcry which is worth 1137 rupees. A dmaged product has been delivered. It is not according to the description in the website. It cannot be used by anyone unless you put it against the wall. Even after that also, IF u write or erase the board will be shaky. I have explained the same and asked for return. After n number of calls and sending videos of the problem finally they have approved my return request. But the product is never picked up. I made multiple requests. They asked me to send the product. I said I dont have knowledge about couriers and all. but they simply avoid my mails. Also there is no customer support to firstcry. we can not call them. only they can call us. If we try the customercare number. there is a digital assistant which will not understand the issue but will give us headache with its talk.
