Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I want to book some refined oil and mustard oil. That’s why I was searching for some stuff at amazon. Suddenly a new site opened AZEXON.com and showed good prices for my requirements. So I have placed two orders in this site on 18.12.2020 at 6 pm. They promised to deliver my stuffs next day. But didn’t get any delivery as well as no call for delay delivery. On Monday 21.12.2020 , when I didn’t get any delivery then I tried to call on their number as given in Google i.e., 07303499439. But it is not connected after several trials. Then I get another number 9832233197. Any person picked this number , truecaller showed name as Sanjay Goyal. Firstly he told me that give me your order id , but I didn’t get any mail or message from this company after placing orders. So don’t have any order id with me. So he asked me to provide mobile number by which I have placed order. Then he told me that materials can’t be delivered at your address. Your address is not serviceable area for us. So I asked for refund. He shared me a link of GOOGLE FORM (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScyotp0bUOBqrS-36B-1IbAPCoiq-GkYR_0Ga2iumcxPTT7XQ/viewform). After studying this google form , I found all things very suspicious as in this form I have to mention Debit Card Number , CVV number. And this is totally restricted by any bank to share these details. So I didn’t give such informations. He told me to call after an hour to help me out from this issue. So when I have called him again , he has given me a number 9223750415 , saying that this number is of Indusind Bank. Please forward link (he send me another link) on this number. You will get refund. When I have forwarded link on this number. Received one message from Indusind bank that your UPI registration has started. Now clear picture is in front of me that AZEXON is a fraud company and they are looting people by making them pay for that product which they will not deliver to customers.
After not getting any response from that person , I tried calling him. But now he has blocked my number. And also didn’t give any call back. Then I tried him with another number but after listening my voice , he disconnected call and block that too. I have taken his whatsapp profile picture for future reference.
Please help me to get my money. I am not so much rich that I can bear loss of half month’s salary Rs. 1485 + Rs. 2950 = Rs. 4435.
Please help me. In this fraudulent business ; Indusind Bank , Razorpay are included. because that person shared link of Indusind bank and also told me that we are getting payments from Razorpay mode.
PLEASE HELP. PLEASE REPLY.
