Text of Complaint by Harsh maheta:

Dear Sir,

Please find the attachment of the screen shot of my IMPS to the another account from my account and it was IMPS but the issue is that amount was deducted but not received to them whom i sent so i want the status that what is the issue and if its issue then please transfer the amount to my account.

As this was the complaint from my side to axis bank but untill now almost 8 months are over and they not take any action an also i am using the credit card bill of which i am having the bill due as i not paid it from 3 months so they charges the fine and penalty which cross the amount of almost 40K so what should i do now as they are now calling continously which is making illness to my mental fitness as already complaint on consumer forum. Should i also start charging the fine against bank for not giving my amount also look on attachment which will make clear that i done the payment of 2500 to another account from net banking but they did’t get the amount and amount was debited from bank which means bank should refund the amount so at last if now they will not took any action i will file a complaint against bank.
