I have done a recharge of Rs 500 of Axis bank Fasttag via upi using their portal on 9 July 2020. My money deducted but recharge not done till now also I didn’t get any refund. I have made many complaints but not satisfactory response and solution from their side. Sir help me regarding this. I am attaching the screenshot of successful transaction.
