I bought a laptop on 15th Jan (2021) which was delivered fine and working fine on 18th June.
The laptop worked fine till October 2021 but from past 4 months it’s battery stopped working and the laptop was not turning on. So, i reached to the warranty service centre but there were no executives and the shop was tagged permanently closed.I tried to reach AVITA on Telephone also but the line always got cut and not available. I called flipkart regarding this they got me a return request but from past 3 months they have not given any resolution nor the laptop got returned. This is very bad service from flipkart and AVITA too. I only got service once after 2 months of buying th laptop for cleaning services. The executive was so unprofessional that he even dropped the laptop and Made a small bend on lid and upper part, But after this also it was fine so, I ignored. I need some resolution or refund of money from flipkart Please process this request to Flipkart.
