My name is abhilash I am from Kerala. A company called AVI ENTERPRISES contacted 5 months back and said that they have a job for me. They said that I have fill 10000 captchas in 10 days in an application they provided. They send me another application about an agreement. I didn’t know what it was. Then I started to do my work but the application was not working at all in my phone , so I tried to contact them but there was no reply. I tried to message and call in the number they contacted me but they were not responding. One month later they called me and said that I have to pay  6900 rupees which was the registration fees. When I asked them about this they said that it was because i didn’t complete my work. So i tried 3tell them about the application.  But they wouldn’t listen to me. They said it doesn’t matter you have to pay the money. Otherwise they will file a complaint against me in the court. I ignored them. Few days ago someone saying they are from advocate associations in vapi gujarat started sending me messages and started calling me telling that I have to pay 24000 rupees to the court otherwise I will have to go to court and my parents will also have to come and they will be arrested. So I posted my complaint online and they contacted me and we will take care of it. And then they said you only have to pay 9000 rupees. So I paid the money 5 minutes later they called me and said I have to pay another 6100 rupees because I was late and the registrar in the court said that I have to pay late penalty.  So I ignored them . Then the company send me an NOC saying that there will be no more problem. But yesterday i again got the message and called me saying that i have to pay 18000 rupees. So I called on the online site and they said after talking with them they are saying the case reached the court and now I have to settle it they said I don’t have to pay 18000 I only have to pay 4000 rupees otherwise I will go to jail because they have charged IPC section 420 and Indian contract act 1872 section 73,74 75. Please help me resolve this problem
