My mobile balance is autometic deducted for vas by vodafone few days back while I didnot opted for any vas. I had very few balance for last few months, sometime no balance also but then this type of pronlem was not occurred. I am repeatedly trying to call them but not possible to contact with their customer care executive by calling 198, 199, 9830098300 repeatedly. It keeps the call hold for so many times. I have waited more than 10 mins per call. And secondly there is no direct option to talk with customer care executive. 198, 199 have no option to talk with them, I noticed these nos are made mainly for vodafone adv and Vas service activations. In 9830098300, it is saying that CC member will pick up your call shortly, please wait and so on. Totally embarassing from Vodafone.
