To activate incoming service in my Vodafone prepaid number I had recharged with ₹10 on May 25th 2020, then also I was not receiving calls so I called customer care and came to know that minimum balance should be ₹39 to receive calls. So I recharged again on 26th May 2020 with ₹49, which I got it as a secondary balance. I had used my balance of first recharge of ₹10. I had got a talktime of ₹38 with my secondary recharge of ₹49 which was valid till June 22nd 2020. I had not used this balance talktime. I tried to call on June 21st with my secondary balance. It indicated that I didn’t had balance to make a call. So I called customer care to enquire regarding this. They told me that a vas called Nazara gaming has been activated on May 27th 2020(next day of my secondary recharge) at 6:42 PM while I was browsing. But I use wifi for browsing and I checked my browsing history and came to know that I was not browsing at that time and was not even notified regarding activation of vas until I called the Vodafone customer care. I am sure that I have not activated any vas and I called thrice to customer care but they didn’t agree to refund balance and gave lecture for about 30 mins. Please resolve this issue as early as possible and stop this scam of automatically activating vas without notifying customers.
