I have faced exactly the same issue as Vijesh Vijayan. The details of the issue are as follows:
I was charged Rs. 40 as value added services for activation of some dindo ringtone services. However I did not authorize any such activation. This charge was applied to my April and May 2020 bill.
I called the Vodafone customer care related to my April 2020 bill, they informed me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and they block listed this service and waived off the charge.
Now in the month of May 2020, I received the same charge. I called the customer care services, they told me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and SIM charges through this service is already block listed but this charge is from some app in my phone and they cannot refund my money.

Yes, Vodafone started having fraud in bill calculation. Me too have the same issues
Last month – 40/- waived off
This month- 60/- (informed that it cannot be waived-off)

Everymonth vodafone cheating customer in every region by applying this type of service chanrge. From january onwards i mam getting charge for Rs60, Rs50, 40 20 Etx in each billing cycle. Please look this matter and vodafone
I have been charged for rs. 20 for dindo ringtone download which i haven’t even heard of in past. This is fraud charging without consumers consent and is not acceptable. Their standard reply is we can’t waive this amount.
Yes, even for me they are charging Rs 20/- every month and giving the same reason as above. Please look into it.
They have charged it from me as well and i am damn sure i havent done anything with “Dindo”. I heard it for the first time. I am writing complaint to Appellate authority about this. Suggest you do the same. If i did not get my money back, i am going to port my number. This is definitely a fraud by VI.
