On 5th march, 2023 from my amazon account , 2 nebulizer were ordered automatically and 1898 tires were deducted from my Amazon pay later account without my authentication. Midnight i got mail for my order, so I checked it and got shocked. A whole day I was not online on Amazon or even on another phone, still that order placed. I cancelled it immediately but Amazon don’t have any explanation for this. They are asking me to check whether somebody from my family might have placed that order that’s it. They are not helping my and my money yet not refunded to me. I called Amazon they say on 11th march money has refunded it’s your lookout now Amazon can’t help. How Amazon can do this?? Automatically placed order, deducts money is it good? I want my money refunded and want compensation for this harassment
