Text of Complaint by Payal Bhupendra Patil:

I have ordered the shoes form flip kart on 6th June 2023. My order ID is : OD328262342716874100. My package was expected to deliver by 4th June 2023 (as per flip kart shows while buying the product). My package was reached to flip kart facility at 4th June 2023, 2.10 pm. but they not delivered me on same day even they have delivery time up to 7. pm. on Monday I have request the delivery person to deliver package by 6.00pm. but he mention that I was not able to receive the package. (this information I got from customer executive which is completely wrong and shows how true is flip kart with there customer). next two days flip kart reschedule my delivery and cancel themselves without calling me.
on 8th June flip kart itself cancel my order without asking me. and send me the message that refund will be credit in my account on 16th June. (why they can not make refund on same day, it looks like they are doing some fraud with the customer / or want give harassment to customer)
I have make complaint of my issue at customer care, but now I am facing that I cannot reconnect customer executive to track the status of refund, I try to call them many time but call get rejected automatically, it means flip kart doing all these this things intentionally.
