Text of Complaint by Mohamed Arafa:

Dear Vodafone,

Hope this email finds you well.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Vodafone for more than 15 years. I have a very very bad experience with Vodafone Egypt customer service.

1- Automatic bundles renewal issues.
2- Mistakes with payments and subscriptions.
3- A sudden of network drop anywhere I pass.

I managed to call the customer service seeking help but I found a very unpleasent and rude way talking to me. A supervisor called me but I found him talking to me with the similar tone of not caring even when i said i may shift to another company. I said I’ll send my complaint to the mother company he replied with something in arabic means let me see what you can do.

My Name is Mohamed Arafa. I own a company of 279 employees. Our subscriptions for Vodafone is more than 300 business numbers. We need someone to show some care. If not then we shift.
