Text of Complaint by Sastry:

Have taken tata play binge connection in June’22, During the initial offer tata sky has extended a one month free amazon prime membership. After that Tata sky is debiting Rs.179/- from my monthly recharge amount from Tata sky account and paying it for amazon prime renewal without giving me any intimation or not taken any consent from me for auto renewal of amazon prime subscription. You may refer complaint logged with tata sky customer care on my subscriber ID: 1356626687. Customer service representative Mrs. Jyothi has affront closed the registered complaint without my willingness to close the call. I want suitable justification on above issue & refund of Rs.1074/- debited from my account since june 2022 towards renewal Amazon prime membership.
