I’ve been using Vodafone sim and since last three months doing continuous complaint of auto deduction
They returned the amount after long discussion and follow-up on social sites/email and promised that auto deduction will not happen in future. However it continues and this month also auto deduction happened on 29th August. I’ve been continuously following on this since the time it deducted.
The social sites twitter and applette representative are repeatedly saying or responding that it’s deducted to continue the service though my question is why it happened without my knowledge?
Now, they’re not ready to listen and understand. Therefore, I decided to complaint in this.
My sim No. 9654942663 and request No. 1255206249. Today also they have deducted amount without my permission
Can you look into it and refund my amount?
