Debited 1499 from my Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card today i.e. 26-09-2023 without any authorisation or OTP. When contacted with bank it shows Merchant as Amazon Prime. Even after debit of Rs. 1499, I do not see myself as prime member nor have I myself subscribed for it anytime. Upon searching I see that it happened with many other users. Is this a kind of cyber fraud?
