Dear Sir,
My Self Abinash kumar,
I have Flipkart Account since 2016 and recently i have activate my Flipkart pay later Account on Oct 2022, sir, in 1-November-2022 9 times transaction was happen through my Flipkart Pay later Account with the Amount 1099.50. due to 9 times transaction the amount become 9910.50.
this amount was debited automatically i am not make the any transaction. when i got transaction message in mobile i have immediately call Flipkart Customer care. they have told me that i will resolved this issue within a week and also they have told me to my Concern team will contact you. but no one has call to me. repeatedly i had call 15 to 20 times to Flipkart customer care but no one can resolved this issue. i facing mentally pressor last 1 month. now on the 5-December-2022 the Flipkart pay later bill has been generated and the have continually call me to pay the bill. why i am pay the bill? because i am not purchase any thing last 2 month through Flipkart pay later account. also on the behalf of these transaction there is now any order showing in my Flipkart Order list. i am very disappointed regarding this type of issue with Flipkart.
Sir, its my humble request kingly consider my problem on the priority basis. and try to resolved this issue as soon as possible.
