sir, i had odered a product on 19-02-2109 a puma rebound white leather shoes at amount of 2249/-and the delivery date is 28-02-19 to 2-03-19 but I didn’t get any delivery yes but i get a mail from amazon and that is (((((((This is to inform you that your order 171-7261536-6483511 was cancelled as the seller PUMA Sports India Pvt Ltd failed to confirm the shipment.

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time. We had to cancel your order as the seller failed to ship the order. Such occurrences are rare and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Your refund will be initiated shortly and your bank will take 3-5 business days to credit the refund amount to your credit card. This might cause a change in the terms of your EMI with your credit card issuer, and the issuer might levy a charge for this EMI cancellation. Please check with your Credit Card issuer on how your EMI may be affected.)))and i call to coustmer care and they said they cant do anything in it the product is cancelled by the retailers. And now the shoes price is 3279/-may thats why they cancelled my proudct. Pls sir shortout this problem.
