Text of Complaint by Himanshu Sharad:

I had purchased one mobile phone on 24th April 2021 by order no 403-4232045-5479546. On 28th April 2021 i got message from Amazon that your order will deliver by today and provided the OTP and code of 4 digit. Delivery boy had not deliver me the order he was asking me OTP for exchange, i told him both the number which i got in SMS but he didn’t accept those number and didn’t deliver my order. On same day i call to customer care they didn’t provide me any  solution and ask me to wait till next date. On next day that is 29April 2021  i again call to customer care and inform about non receivable of order they again told me that wait till next day . On next day that is 30 April 2021 i again call to customer care and inform about non receivable of order. After all these story Amazon team cancelled my order on 1st May 2021. From 24th April 2021 to till today 6th May 2021 total business 12 days and till today i didn’t get my refund. As per Amazon application it is showing a message like ” A refund will appear on your original payment method in 2-4 business days.” Today is 6th may 2021 and it is the 5th day but till today I didn’t get my money back.

Amazon should refund my money back with bank interest rate for these days.
