I had ordered food from Zomato and it was delivered to me in a stale condition. It was so stale that I vomited. Upon contacting the customer executive he refunded me with a promo code. But what about the issue related to health hazard and time wasted? How will they compensate for that? Upon asking this they simply apologized and said it won’t happen again but the matter is, it has happened, and how will they compensate for the time lost while placing order and delivery and the stress to human health that I had to vomit because of that stale food.
