I was looking for rented flats on MagicBricks and I was contacted by this person Pankaj Singh Bhadoria. He showed me pictures of the flat and while scheduling visit, he gave me a QR code and asked me to deposit ₹2000 to make a visiting pass in the society. I became suspicious and while I was digging deeper he called me again assuring that this is genuine, he shared his id details and asked me to transfer the money again. I became more suspicious and I simply googled him where I found pictures of his id everywhere and that he is not genuine and there are already complaints against him. I immediately deleted my passport photo and id from the WhatsApp chat.
