I had purchased this phone in AUGUST 2022 for 49000INR from flipkart in the premium phone category. But after 14 months it suddenly has blacked out and when enquired i came to know its motherboard failure which is common problem in this phone from asus. I would like a full refund for my phone. But the service team from asus is saying its out of warranty. But this is a faulty series of phones with 1000 of same problem complaints online. They need to replace the phone or will have to give refund.
