Transaction date. : 22/11/2021: at 6:26pm, my bank Idbi successfully paid 30k to Astropay but Astropay didn’t update my card , they said they didn’t receive that funds in their account , first of all Astropay should be banned because they don’t even have customer helpline number ,where we should contact them ? Wasting time in sending email to Astropay people , it’s 5 days since I am waiting to get my 30k , but nobody bothers , what kind of service they are providing, seriously shameful to use these kind of services , who is responsible for my harassment ???? Is there any court of law who can ban such companies for making peple suffer, 2726572518 this is the reference number for this transaction dated 22/11/2021 (6:26pm) worth inr 30k from idbi bank account , this is a big issue that I am suffering to get my 30k from last 5days ..wow what a financial system in India,
