I have placed order for 7 Ratti Red Ruby and silver ring on 10 Aug 23 for Rs. 6380 .
Astromall- promised to ship order within 48 hrs but till 16th Aug team is telling wait for order to be shipped.
There is no customer care number or escalation matrix to escalate the issue only option given is chat, which is closed everytime after telling order will be shipped within 1-3 days.
My ask is to cancel my order and refund amount if they can’t ship but these guys are not even cancelling it and wasting my time by telling to wait and order will be shipped
92043531134603 here is my order id, I have ordered dhan sampan combo, they missed to send the proper order, once after that I raised a complaint, and they promise to deliver, but it’s almost more then a month they have not delivered the product, and always gives me a fake date that it will deliver within today, an once after I wait, I get demotivated never arrived till now, a very harrassing moment I am facing. It was my prepaid order, not even they returned my money.
