I purchased AC from the IFB point Roorkee (Rs. 39000/-) on EMI. At the time of purchase, they assured me a cashback of 3000/- and, till now, even after paying all the installments and a continuous approach of 6 months, they finally cheated me and said cashback is not applicable on my card and cheated me.
