I would like to lodge a complaint. I placed an order 1.5 hours back, and till now i have not gotten it. I called the restaurant and they said that the food has been prepared for a long time. The zomato valet has not been assigned to get my order. And the assigning of this valet after chat support has taken so long. I have been waiting 20 minutes for the assigning of a valet. What is the use of zomato? I can just get my own things?
