I used OLA cab after completion of my ride I paid fair via GPay but same amount deducted from my postpaid Ola account. I raised a complaint through app as well as on mail. I got reply on mail on 30th Dec21 as “your amount will cleared after 48 hours” till date the issue is not get resolved. I send multiple follow up mails but still issue is open. I’m getting daily twice or text and WhatsApp messages( from different mob no) to clear a due of postpaid account which are really irritating and disturbing me.
