This Rajkmar, vodafone idea is annoying me by sending the messages and calling me to pay the bills, eventhough i paid the amount in time. please find the attachment as a proof.
They barred my services many times. I have been facing the problem since 40 days and raised many complaints and send many mails to vodafone customer care (complaint nos:4-93272762454, 4-93273644756, 4-93284293090, 4-93284293458, 4-93314857973, 4-94011161755) these are a few example complaint numbers. without resolving the issue they are closing the complaint numbers. After a lot of torture from Vodafone, I am putting this mail. Even they are not generating the UPC code for porting out to another network. they are not updating my payment and asking me to pay the bills and barring the services.(Last time they barred the service from 31-10-2020 to 02-11-2020) after lot of follow ups to store they restored my service. Now again they threatning to barring the services for not paying the amount though i paid the amount. please resolve the issue.
