I booked a room for three days on 25 aug to 28 th aug..In hotel mp temple inn, Kumbakonam.from yatra.com.by paying 5290/-..but the hotel receptionist..denied giving the room…saying they don’t have any room booking from yatra.com…i didn’t get the room… when I reached the yatra.com customer care…they said they will resolve it…and initiate refund in 24 hrs..they replied on the issue on 29 aug saying that the hotel management gave the room to stay…but the room was denied for me to stay…. kindly look into the issue and need a refund from them..AMT 5290/-rsImage Uploaded by HARIKRISHNAN S:
