I have ride the two Ola cab on 12 march 2023 . I have paid the drivers at that time only via google pay . I have screenshots and bank statement as a proof which already send to them by me . And I even send bunch of the emails and messages to ola customer care but still not action was taken rather than taking any action or solving the issue they started imposing late fees penalty and that too increasing day by day. They started annoying us by sending warnings, calls and emails. Please kindly guide me .And take some actions .

I am facing the same to same issue. I never had opted for OLA postpaid and had paid the driver through G PAY and after sharing with them all the things they are threatening. What a fraud company.
