My broadband connection is always very slow and they never attempt to change the modem or give me a new modem , how many times I tell them. I’ve been continuously trying to reach the customer service for over an hour and 15 mins. This is so exhausting. No one responding or calling back. Moreover , my position of call waiting is told only after 1:30 mins of the call and why do I have to listen to their unnecessary advertisement all the time while being in the call? Highly irresponsible. No one called me even after me keep calling the customer care number for more than an hour . I can’t find a scheme to pay for the data i use. Rather , i can only find plans which pays fixed amounts per month. If they can’t provide me uninterrupted data , and not even providing me enough data , why should I pay all the money for the data I’m not even using? Even today , the wifi shows ” no internet connection “. After resetting the modem as usual , i can’t even connect my device with wifi. It’s been several months I’m denied of quality service , but I still have to pay for the data which is not even provided for me. I am paying service providers like vi for data and Asianet too , just because Asianet does not provide me with the very basic service they ought to provide
